Off the Record is a local charity providing the only free and confidential drop-in counselling, information and sexual-health services for young people aged 11-24 living, studying or working in Richmond or Kingston.
Every donation goes toward supporting young people:-
£5 can fund 5 minutes of support
£10 can fund a short drop in session
£20 can fund a 20 minute phonecall
£25 can fund booking 5 counselling sessions
£60 can fund one crisis session
£180 can fund a local satellite counselling service for a week
£600 can fund a full 12 week course of counselling for a young person
